What is included: - Bounce House - Blower - 100ft Extension Cord - Tarp to size - Setup, Breakdown, & Delivery - All-day rental *Rest assured, we will not re-rent this item the same day of your reservation. Our booking form defaults to 6 hours, but we may allow for longer rental periods. We will contact you a few days before your event to schedule actual drop-off and pick-up times. For proper setup, please ensure you have a space at least 22ft x 22ft wide that is free of obstructions to place the bounce house. Also note, that this is a dry slide and is NOT to be used with water. *Price does not include delivery fee - This will be included in the invoice that you'll receive once we receive your booking request.*
Cancellation Policy
The Lessor reserves the right to cancel any rental in the event of adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, high winds (exceeding 15 mph), lightning, or any weather situation that we deem unsafe for the operation of our equipment. In the event of such cancellations. The Lessor will notify the Customer as soon as possible, though we can cancel ANYTIME we deem necessary. The Customer will have the option to reschedule the rental to a later available date or receive a refund. If adverse weather conditions are present on the day of rental, the Customer has the right to cancel the Rental Items. Cancellations must occur before the equipment is delivered and set up. The Customer may choose to reschedule the rental for another date or receive a full refund - this is for weather-related cancellations only. Should the weather conditions change unexpectedly after equipment setup, resulting in unsafe usage conditions, the rental fee and any other charges shall be non-refundable. We recommend vacating the inflatable immediately and contacting us for guidance. Safety is our primary concern. The Customer assumes full responsibility for monitoring weather conditions once the bounce house is set up.
