Where do you deliver?We deliver to the entire State of Connecticut. If you are outside of Connecticut, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Are we licensed & insured?Yes, J&R Party Rentals is insured, and is a registered LLC with The State of Connecticut.

Is there a contract?Yes. Customers are required to sign a rental agreement for any items they book.

How do I make a reservation?To make a reservation, visit our website and select the category of rental you need: Inflatables, Photo Booths, or Tents, Tables, & Chairs. You can also call or email us for any special concerns or questions before submitting your request.

How far in advance should I reserve?The sooner the better! Reservations fill up quick.

Can I cancel my reservation?Yes, you can. Specific cancelation policies will be listed in your signed rental agreement.

What forms of payment do we take?We accept all major credit cards, ACH, cash, & Affirm.

When is the final payment due?Payment due dates will be outlined in the rental agreement. Generally, final payments on inflatable rentals will be collected prior to set-up on the day of delivery.

What surfaces do you set up tents, tables, and chairs on?10ft x 20ft ez-up tents can be set up on any surface. All other tents will only be set up on level grass to ensure they are properly secured. Tables and chairs can be set up on any surface.

How do we secure tents?Our preferred method of securing tents to the ground is by metal stakes. We utilize this method on grass/dirt surfaces. Small tents (ez-ups) can also be secured by using sand bags.

Who is responsible for setup & breakdown?Customers are responsible for the set up of all table & chair rentals unless agreed upon prior to delivery. All tent set-ups and breakdowns are handled by us.

Who is responsible for setup & breakdown of inflatables?We handle the setup and breakdown of all inflatables to ensure they are properly secured and safe for use.

How long is my reservation?Inflatables are not booked per hour. This means we will not rent out your item(s) more than once per day. We will work with you to schedule an appropriate drop-off and pick-up time. We reserve the right to alter pick-up and drop-off times based on scheduling needs.

How far in advance should I reserve?The sooner the better! Reservations fill up quick. We make it simple to reserve with our online booking system.

Can I book for more than one day?Generally, bounce houses are set up and picked up same day. If a multi-day reservation is needed, please reach out via email or phone.

How often do we clean our inflatables?Our inflatables are cleaned & sanitized after every use.
